Case Study: Listening for Orcas Interactive Kiosk

In 2013, Logical Alternative developed an interactive high-res kiosk for the Port Townsend Marine Science Center to help educate kids and other members of the community about studying orcas in Puget Sound. The kiosk was designed to teach kids and adults how to listen to and identify individual orca calls, as well as sharing information with them about orca facts and other related species, the ecological health of the Puget Sound region, and ways to further their study of orcas.

Below, you can follow some of the screen shots that show how the kiosk achieved its goals.
