When Autoexact.com launched its new and exciting 360 Booth solution for studio-quality automotive photography, they needed a new logo to reflect the product. Melissa worked with Jay, the company's owner, to design a logo that reflected the product and would be harmonious with Autoexact's existing logo and distinctive colors.

In 2012, the AAMA asked for a very much needed update to their legacy website. Logical Alternative responded with a mobile-compatible site that included all of their extensive documents and articles, as well as custom security areas for specific member types. The site is built on a modern CMS which allows AAMA to maintain and update all content. We also created a new and updated membership registration and annual payment system, as well as an e-commerce solution to sell their products.
The Audubon Society chapter had designed a website in Photoshop, but didn't know how to turn a design idea into a workable, editable website. Logical Alternative created a custom look for their CMS-driven site.

When Melissa's mom decided to run for the North Carolina House of Representatives, we knew she would need a strong and distinctive brand image. Working from Mary's idea of including an image of Pilot Mountain, Melissa created a logo unlike any other candidate's. It was used to great effect on bumper stickers, signs, posters, cards, and mailers.
New law firm McQueen & Siddall needed a strong identity to brand their practice. Melissa offered a number of different design ideas, and this traditional stacked type design was the winner.

The website needed to offer secure document uploads and mobile device compatibility, as well as a blog and contact forms with legal acknowledgment click-throughs. The resulting site attracted new clients, and they are now expanding their offices.
Memorial Donations is a site designed to allow the bereaved to register their loved one in connection with one or several charity organizations, so that visitors may select one and donate in their name. It uses a custom widget to select and display the charities. Visitors may also leave a message for the family.

In 2012, Logical Alternative was contracted to design and build a large number of affiliated community sites for Mission Health, which owns a number of Assisted Living and Nursing Homes in the U.S. The sites were built to be modular, with the ability for individual site admins to customize the sites.
The Port Townsend Marine Science Center requested a unique interactive site to explore the bone scans obtained from Hope, a beached orca. This site allows visitors to explore the orca skeleton and learn more about Hope.
The Port Townsend Marine Science Center asked us to produce a kiosk for their Marine Center which would help educate visitors on how to listen to the ocean using one of five hydrophones in the Puget Sound. This website accompanied the kiosk we designed, and provided some of the same activities and learning opportunities.
In late 2013, Logical Alternative was hired to do a complete reworking of the Skyway Capital Partners website. The client was happy with the basic look of their existing site, but it had been created entirely in Flash, and could not easily be maintained or edited. In addition, their old site was not compatible with smartphones and other mobile devices. Logical Alternative delivered a fully responsive, modernized site in short time, with an updated look, CMS editing features, and a new and easy-to-maintain solution to display transaction details.
SCCACS needed a sleek, updated, mobile-compatible site to further their communication and provide easy dues renewal. This custom site is CMS-based and easy to keep updated.
TampaBayRealEstate.com needed a facelift for their old website which used embedded frames, and a live update to display their listings. The site is content-heavy and needed to be informational as well as easy to update.

In creating the VivaFresh site, Logical Alternative was asked to match the look and content of existing print brochure materials. The resulting site has a streamlined look and the option to view in Spanish.
